Welcome to Aspen Training and Wellbeing

I am a registered nurse with 13 years experience in the Healthcare Industry. Throughout my career, I have worked in a variety of roles in care homes, charities, home care agencies as well as the NHS.

Sharing best practice and empowering my clients to realise their full potential is what I enjoy most, as well as promoting positivity in the workplace and sharing best practice.

Based on Hayling Island, I cover the South Coast from Dorset across to Sussex. My client list includes homecare companies, nursing and care homes. I also deliver training to non-healthcare companies for general healthcare courses, such as infection control or mental health awareness.

Together, we can deliver the very best care and support, raising standards of care in all we do.

My courses are designed to share best practice and empower you to deliver the very best care to your patients. Fostering positive working relationships and improving confidence and knowledge.

‘Learning from Living with Dementia’- This course is a good introductory course, and no previous knowledge is required. This award-winning course was created by individuals living with dementia. It features lived experiences and can give the raw material other awareness courses cannot. It is co presented by individuals who are living with dementia. Participants can get an insight into how individuals experience dementia which in turn provides a deeper understanding of the condition. Rather than relying on just interpretation, this course provides the true lived experiences of dementia.

This course is available at an introductory offer rate of £300 a day and can be delivered face to face or virtually. Please contact me to discuss your needs.

This is a specialist and unique course, focusing on the learner. Every session will be different as every learner is different. If you care about your service users receiving excellent person-centred care, then ensure your staff receive person-centred learning to help them thrive and be the best they can be.

Total cost £1,500 including up to 5 participants for a 3-month support package.
After the course has started its first session, any additional participants wishing to enroll will have to do so on a new course.

Monthly face to face sessions. Weekly video/phone calls.
